I am a 20 year old male. I have hair loss all around my head not just one area. I am completely out of solutions and help.
does segals hair loss treatment help? have anyone tried this before?
What else can i do to regrow my hair?

go to the doctor. it sounds more serious than regular ol' male pattern baldness or even a spreading bald spot.
unless you have other male relatives who've gone through the same thing (baldness is hereditary), i'd really go see a doc. this may be a symptom of something much more serious.
if it's nothing serious, just own it. start shaving your head now so your hair loss won't be as noticeable (give people a chance to get acclimated to it). Pills/oils/hair plugs are expensive and won't cure your underlying insecurity.

Genetics rule. you cannot alter genetics. What's gonna be is gonna be. you can spend a small fortune on lotions, creams, pills, wigs, weaves, transplants, etc. but in the end you have to accept the inevitable & get on with the rest of your life. Life is not always the way it's supposed to be. It's just the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference. you can help matters by no smoking, no beer/ale, no booze, no drugs. take a B-Complex tablet daily to promote healthy hair growth.

Ether shave ya head or go really short with the clippers.The sooner you accept the fact your going bald the better.

At your age, you will have a very long battle ahead. I'd suggest embracing your baldness!
Rogain is a good over-the-counter option but I see hair plugs (Hair Club for Men) in your future if you have the money and are determined to fight the battle.
I used Biotin supplements and it worked great for me.
There are a few natural supplements that have biotin. I would recommend doing some more research on which brand you might like.
Ovation cell therapy shampoo may help, but its expensive.. its a shampoo treatment.

rinse your hair with 1 part apple cider vinegar and 1 part water . leave on over night. Do this every other night. see if that helps.
