Hair loss and Hormones?

For the last 6-7 years my body has been slowly falling apart ( hairloss,Dermatitis,Gynecomstia,Poor healing,Depression,Reclusive,Bier Spots).

About 2 years ago i was diagnosed with a Prolactinoma that they belive ive had since my early teens im now 25 and they have been treating me with Cabergoline and hydrocortisone tablets.

I'll be honest i dotn feel any different except that i've lost weight and my dermatitis has settled down a lot.

But i still heal very badly and i lost a lot of hair all over (top,back,sides and eyebrows) due to the dermatitis ( i believe) and it had never regrown.

The reason i belive its the dermatitis is that i used to try to remove the flake buildup by picking at it and soon realised some hairs would come out and quickly stopped doing it, but ive also lost hairs in areas i never picked.

I've been told i have a lot of hormones out of place, my Cortisol is out, Low testosterone, secondary hypogonadism ( only starting to get slight facial hair) and a few others i can't remember the names of.

Is it possible there is somethign else going on ? it takes months for wounds or spots to heal, can my poor healing be causing poor regrowth.

Sorry for the long story but im really struggling with this and in the uk i only see my specialist twice a year.
