Sudden Hair Loss in Young Female! Help!?

I'm a 20 y/o female. I'm having this sudden hair loss problem for almost 2 weeks.
I did straighten my hair 2 months ago, but the hair loss prob came like a month after the hair straightening. It came right after I tried this Sasha temporary hair dye thingy in a can. I only used it once. The hair loss occurred like 3 hours after I used the hair dye when i scratched my head and 5-6 hairs came off. This prob occur whenver I run fingers thru my hair or brush my hair.
Help! It's not obvious as my hair still look normal but I am concerned and I don't find hairs all over the floor convenient. I've started using those anti-hairfall shampoos
What is wrong with my hair? :( I'm not that stressed but now I am 'cos of this prob. My sleeping pattern isn't really organized as well. anyone who experienced this prob b4 can share solutions? What about experts?
Thankss :)

This happened to me as well, and I panicked and asked my hair stylist about it. if your hair is falling out at the root, it could just be your hair's natural cycle. she also said that it's possible to go through phases of hair loss/darkening as you get older. if it's breaking off, it's just damaged and you have to wait for it to grow back out.

You should go see a your doc,
I have loading alot of hair too.
Maybe our diet isn't healthly.
I have stop using my straightener.
Look up it up on.
See a specialist.

well its healthy to lose 100 hairs a day and if its way more than that you could go to the doctor .

It's hard to say what the cause is exactly right now, but please know that everyone experiences a certain amount of daily hair loss that is perfectly normal. It is usually a few strands per day, not far off from what you've described. also, other factors like stress, genetics, thyroid problems, etc. can be factors in hair loss. before spending any money or worrying yourself further, I'd suggest scheduling a free consultation with a Bosley physician at one of our many regional offices (all listed on our website).

Our people are hair loss experts who can diagnose the specific cause of your case & recommend appropriate treatment options. Best of all, the consults are conducted free of charge so at the very least you receive the information you need to move forward in addressing your problem without having to spend a dime for it. So again, I would advise doing that first for an educated diagnosis and then proceed from there.

I regained all the weight plus a few more pounds in 3 years. I believed I had binge eating disorder but I did not seek professional assistance.Today, I am on my own diet, I cut down my food, eliminate the dinner binge, I eat 3 meals a day and snack in between when I feel hungry. I also walk and jog. I lost 32lbs in 11 weeks. I think I am on a healthy lifestyle now but unfortunately I still have some hair loss according to my hair stylist. The fortunate part is the condition is not as bad as 7 years ago and I discover this early. I am now taking some nutrient supplements made for hair grow, I think I am missing some key nutrients in my diet but I don't what is it. Anyway, although I am not in Kimkins, your story has made me more determined that I should do some lab tests and body check-up about my current health condition , and see doctor to make sure I am doing it in the safest way. Thank you very much of sharing this, you are very brave!]]>
